A one-day, 3 hour-long handbuilding workshop taught by Catherine Gibbard open to all regardless of experience (very beginner-friendly). You will be learning how to make a pitcher out of a slab of clay!
The finished pitchers will then be glazed and fired according to your choice of glaze, and ready for you to pick them up in the following weeks.
All profits from this class will go towards funding any upcoming BIPOC-focused classes and workshops.
There are a total of 8 spots available for this workshop.

Un atelier de façonnage de 3 heures animé par Catherine Gibbard (@mini.pott) ouvert à tou-te-s peu importe votre niveau (débutant-e-s bienvenues!) Vous apprendrez à fabriquer un pichet à partir d'une plaque d'argile.
Les pichets finis seront émaillés et cuits selon votre choix d'émail, et vous serez contacté-e-s dans les semaines suivantes pour venir les récupérer.
Tous les bénéfices de ce cours serviront à financer les prochains cours et ateliers centrés sur les personnes noires, autochtonnes, et racisées.

All my pieces are dishwasher and microwave safe, and I use only 100% food-safe materials in my glaze mixes. Spiked and tentacled pieces are especially fragile so please handle them with care!
