Ordering

We open the online store once every 2-3 months at a per-determined
date and time announced well in advance. In the meantime, all products
will appear to be sold out (or "hibernating") up until the exact time at
which a sale goes live. If you'd like to be reminded of an upcoming
sale, sign up for the newsletter or follow us on Instagram.

Shipping & Returns


Orders are usually ready to be shipped out within 3-5 business days.


Exceptionally, the November 25th sale will remain open until Sunday december 3rd
and all orders will be processed and shipped as of the week of December 4th.


We can only accept returns if the item(s) arrive damaged or if a mistake
has been made on our end, i.e. the pieces you received were not the ones
you ordered.


For those in and around Montreal, you have the option of picking up your order at our studio (in St-Henri). Choose Local Pickup at checkout to waive shipping fees and we will contact you to arrange a pickup time! 

These shipping times are estimates.

Please note that all international orders go through a dispatch centre in New York (USA) which your local customs agency may consider as the parcel's provenance.Shipping rates are based on your order subtotal, as follows:

Everything is sold out! How can I buy one of your critters? Can I pre-order?


We usually restock the online shop once every 2-3 months, and stuff tends to sell out pretty fast. If you're eager to get your hands on one of these critters, you can either create an account and save your address and payment info or make sure you have ShopPay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or PayPal to have your shipping and billing info pre-loaded and save some time when checking out. Pre-ordering is not available!


I live in Montreal, can I come visit your store in-person?

The studio is a busy space where various potters work, and is therefore not set up as a store. While it is nice to have the occasional visitor, we are usually hard at work making all these critters in between shop updates! That being said, local pickup at the studio is available for those in or around Montreal, just make sure to select it in the Shipping Method at checkout!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We have safely shipped pieces to most continents.


Are your products available in any stores?

We do not wholesale to stores, however, we usually participate in a few shows and markets throughout the year. Follow on Instagram or subscribe to the newsletter for updates!



Do you do commisions?

We do not!


Do your pieces go in the microwave/ dishwasher?

All our pieces are dishwasher and microwave safe,
and we use only 100% food-safe materials in our glaze mixes. Spiked and
tentacled pieces are especially fragile so please handle them with care!
